  5. Every time I try to download something I get linked to the "[#10863] You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete" page. I have downloaded 6-8 files till now and they are all completed however I still cant download anything. Please let me know what am I to do, or who am I to contact regarding this issue. I hope I am on the right section of the forum.
