hello, I've installed a fresh new setup for SC4 this week on win10 and ran also into this issue. Menu appears but nothing in... in my case path was only first point, the second one was to modify the way DAMN manager present the menu via the installer button. Setting it to 2 columns and width to 350 on urgent advice dialog solve my problem. my 2cts for the cause
