If you're talking about the top in the mosaic, they are air purifiers. They have water spraying out of the edges. Thank you

Great quality. If only my Desktop were 24401x4032. Great CJ, can't believe i'd not come to the New city journal section before. -
I use sea walls, but i did not place any on this city yet, as i would need to remove the bridges then re-build them. but i will get around to it when i go to update this city.

Hello, This is a smaller city, it is along the Intercity Wisoma - Portsmouth Rail line, It is also a main interchange station for southern island ferry. Here is the esplanade with homes along the island boundary. The Island Overview An Intercity train passing through the city, Now some of Nottingham City itself; Waterfront CBD- City Beach- And finally, The Nottingham Stadium-

@Nathanthemayor; I do believe they are jpeg files. Here are some quick picture updates on the growth. The city has grown to around 20,000 citizens, and with that, the beach has been expanded, The Mercure Hotel and Apple Store were built and the Shopping centre has been planned, although it will not be built for some time. Newly built Mercure Hotel with the Apple Store nearby; The Planned Shopping Mall; And a Typical Australian Street Mall. And finally, Geelong Hockey Venue with Underground parking under the venue (Stairs and Elevators to the Venue) [images resized. Please keep all pictures within the 800x600 or 600x800 pixels limit. Thanks! - Chptrk] That is all for now. Enjoy

Welcome to Portsmouth Portsmouth is located Approximately 100kms south of Wisoma, it is run by the council / shire named Southern Bay Portsmouth is based on the end of port and start of a forest, making it very difficult for growth toward the eastern side. Jobs in portsmouth have been difficult after wisoma growing its CBD and the transport link finished, making travel to Wisoma city an hour instead of the 2 hour "scenic" route. Here is the main northern area, with the new El-Rail transit. Portsmouth CBD is on the waterfront (CBD is the full water front to provide easier access) Tell me what you think (Resized image: exceeded size pixel limit - Astronelson)

Hey CJ, New City Road Rules; (Written for Wisoma to start a new year safely!) 1- 50km/h in Built up areas, Unless signed. 2- 40km/h on Larger Bridges 3- No overtaking in residential unless signed otherwise (Due to crashes on major roads) 4- Give way to trains (but not trams) at all times. (Thats if there aren't boom gates) 5- you MUST give way to buses 6- The right hand side lane on highways is Bus, Emergency Services & Carpool lanes, (Middle is overtaking) (Enjoy your safe trips) I am new to City Journals and this is my downtown. Wisoma CBD Busy East Suburbs (Wisoma Bay) The Furthest north west Wisoma Suburbs. (Highton) But still in a small train ride or drive from the downtown region. That is all for now, Thank you for looking.

Thank you schulmanator. Any suggestions for what i should upgrade / Do for my next update?
-
@TheMentalist; Thank you, I try my best
-
@TheMentalist; I dislike repetition also, It gets quite annoying when i've also downloaded heaps of buildings for commercial and it decides to grow the same building multiple times.
-
I'd just zoned those right before taking the picture, I've been working on the region at the moment
-
I was trying to set up 2 different networks, But the El-rail is using my TRAM skins, Is this normal? Is there a way to make them have 2 different skins?

Small update Growth and Wealth; Portsmouth is growing, and the very northern suburb is the wealthiest suburb And here you can see the El-rail above the road Distinctly splits the lower and higher wealth into Two, (The really bright small buildings are Small low wealth apartments) [Resized images: exceeded 800x600 pixel limit - Astronelson]
