    Well I have a commute time of only 3.0 to 10 at the max so I m guessing thats very high. I have no clue why this is so negative but u can try to cheat and/or you can get rid of the ugly avenues you have. I am sorry but its really ugly and maybe thats why all the sims left I am sorry not trying to be mean here but you should really look into some of the tutorials offered by Simtropolis.

    i like elevated cuz they have a hot key and you dont have to create the exits u just drag a road underneath it n yeh it creates one for you...wit ground, u place ur own cuz of NAM
