  1. Just did and will have to test more. Current observations is that performance in larger cities didn't make too much of a difference when rendering. Then again I am on a notebook so wish me luck! Thanks for the tips.
  2. I find software rendering just a bit more stable and also smoother in terms of gameplay. Not sure what your experiences have been.
  3. Here's what I have in launch options for Steam:
  4. Yes. I also remember that job zoning density didn't affect residential zoning. I ran it on all speeds for a span of about 2 years and the zone remained undeveloped. I just reinstalled the NAM mod so will do a bit more testing tonight.
  5. Yes. There's a medium industrial zone to the right that's just off the screen.
  6. Nope. Just a regular low-density R zone with the default roads laid out by the template generator and yes, I've dezoned and rezoned to the same effect. What I'll probably end up doing is reinstall the NAM mod. Edit: some images:
  7. I ran the game on all speeds to verify that it wasn't just me who's going crazy. The situation remained the same for all game speeds. I've done so and reloaded an empty on two occasions to the same result.
  8. Hello, all: Didn't have this issue until after I installed the NAM mod: - Residential zones show no road access despite the fact that each individual zones are facing the road (indicated by an arrow). - The zones were set near the edge of the map with main roads connecting to neighboring regions. Any thoughts? Picture to follow once I get home.
