    Good day! I have SimCity 4 in my Windows 8 laptop and tried to install NAM 31.2 in it. I used it before in my PC with Windows XP. And now my laptop says that "This app can't run in your PC." How am I going to make this work?
  2. I'm having a problem with commute times. I thought it is affected by traffic, so I installed a mod that changes speed and capacity of networks, but my building keep on abandoning, and the reason is due to long Commute times. How an I going to prevent abandonment?
