how do I make a custom background for simcity 4?I have got a png file and I named the files properly but but it will not show up ingame? here is a pic of the file - file://localhost/C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/DONT%20GO%20ON%20MY%20PC/Desktop/3188.jpg please help, starfinder

you can also get these train generators - sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php but remember the dependencies - www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm and the rail signal lots have 3 dependencies: 1.www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm 2.www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm 3.https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=11946 4.gizmo.lunarpages.com/index.php 5.Rush Hour Building as Props' by Maxis 6.https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=14212 to get all these dependencies you have to be registered at official simcity ea site, the lex, simcity mods (by gizmo) hope this helps and you can then generate lots of passenger and freight trains! you can also change the side your game to LHD TO RHD like I did mine used to be LHD but I changed it the RHD by changed the uk english folder and rename it to english. you can do that in Program Files\SimCity 4 starfinder

yes, I put them in that folder and nothing happened! and by the way I have deleted my original sc4 background so ingame the background is just black! I also asked shadow_assassin and he told me to name them a certain name, so I did and nothing happened! maybe you can pm me your e-mail so I can e-mail you the files and you can say whether the files are correct? thank you, starfinder
