I just startedplaying SC4Deluxe like 3 mths ago, and not oftenly playing I started Seashell (name of my city), and after 15 years, the residents and commercial building doesn't change to apartment or highrise office tower, why so? I keep not to zone more for residential, because I think they will build vertically (the demands keep medium to high), but they're not, so my population is low (less then 5000 after 15 yrs? wtf) thanks, I appreciate any suggestion.

I just started play sc4 deluxe like 3 months ago, but not oftenly. i just wonder why buildings in my city aren't grow, even it has been 15 years already, the Residential building doesn't change to mansion, apartements, highrises, etc, (some of them are R$$$ but they're just like, villa, i want an apartment ones) . Same thing with commercial. Demands are good, but the building aren't rising. Many of my houses doesn't have any trees, is it related to city details, because I set it to medium... I have NAM, RHW, RTMT, and CAM Installed (I don't know what is CAM for) why? I appreciate any answer and suggestion

I'm not sure if it is about the left-right-hand, because I leave it as default when I installed NAM and the others. But currently the cars travel on left side of the road. So, what do you think i should do?

I just started playing SC4Deluxe like 3 months ago, but not oftenly playing... One day I try to make a railway system from the first time i build my city, it crosses avenues and roads, but sadly, sim;s car won't pass the railway-road crossing, so many of them which is located outside the railway ring is jobless, and commercial buildings inside the ring of the railway system have no worker at all. It really drive me nuts after I knew that the same thing happens when i replace the railway system into monorail or elevated rail, the sims and buses wont go through the crossing (or the road below the monorail track). So, so far I only play my city with road and subway system. I have NAM, RTMT, RHW, NWM, CAM installed. Another question, when I upgrade one of my road into a wider one (using NWM), the houses which are directed to the widened road become not conected to road (green zots appeared). How could I fix them?
