    This looks like San Fransisco more than Fresno. You needed way more valley, and less lakes.

    It's funny that Sacramento was brought up just before mine. Here is my 2 hometowns Visalia and Fresno the worse area to live in. I mean the worst. We are just a few hours south of Sac-Town Visalia, CA. Do you see the tallest building on the right. It's the newest wing attached to the hospital. That is the tallest building in Visalia, it's 6-stories high, but it's about as tall as a 10-story building (from what I hear). And Fresno, CA. South-East view of Down-Town (I think)

    I like the idea of this mod, but what if I want a town with nothing but mansions. Rich people need a place of their own. I'm sure they are not all wanting to live in a 30-story building. Now if this were an ordinance that let me pick which towns can or can't have the mansions that would be awesome.
