    The proberbly most simplest and most worthwhile way to get some more $$ and $$$ there is to plop a few parks there. put some schools hospitals and stuff in there if you wish, yet you may have a few strikes to deal with if your not careful though! if you want lots of rich folk, you could decrease taxes for them then they will be very intrested, that's if you've got the cash to spare to do so mind, yet looking at your screenshots, there dosen't seem to be much in the bank... on a last note, thats a good bit of terraforming you've got there, it seems it would be quite intresing to build upon. was that a downloaded map, or did you do that by youself?

    Jedenm: so these sort of 'cadged car parks' exsist in real life Jdenm? thats an added bonus then! Sejr: im not quite sure what you mean, you want me to put jobs in it? i don't see many jobs coming from it, basic looking after, watering the trees and stuff and maybe parking tickets and fines aswell, yet not many jobs would be generated from this lot, if i wanted to keep it somewhat realistic. nice idea tho.

    Yargh! timmy, you took my top spot! i don't have sim mars, yet it looks good anyways. may i suggest a better screenshot? it just seems that the info box blocks the view of the building abit, and you could zoom in abit more, but thats just me forcing my opinion, but i don't have sim mars.

    Hey there! This new lot of mine, allows your Sims to park their cars' and continue on their journey to work by walking, via NAM ped malls (the lot may also work on other peeps ped malls, I'm not sure though.) this should hopefully encourage Sims usage of ped malls. Hi there, im having a problem with the Transit enabler on SC4 tool, It seems i am unable to save transit changes to my new lot... heres a quick picture of it, please don't bash it, im still working on it. Anyways, i want to Transit enable it but... Uploaded with ImageShack.us can somebody help me here? ive tried lots of things myself, creating copys with different file names, still nothing. the most annoying thing is, that the TE appears to work fine on all my other lots, but not this one! Either that, or could sombody suggest an altentive Transit Enabling Program? Thanks for the help.
