Ok So I got a traffic issue to say the least.I want me some Road Top Mass Transit..Whos is the best and what dependencies do I need for each suggestion.I have a real gritty city filled with poor folks as I am Taxing 15-20% the rich folks.I like the Chicago style Rowhouses and Brownstones so something within this framework would be great.Another thing is I need some more seedy lots like Kennys niteclub and the Deli Apts.I tried to do Cogeo RTMT but I was missing the dependency I couldnt figure what was wrong.I only kept the Standard US files Deleted the Uk ones but still no go.Also tried to download the Colossul Add on Mod thru here but couldnt find it?Any help on these would be great and Thanks to the Simtropolis Community for all your help and suggestions from this NEWB! MP Deli Apartments is kinda neat and run down and Kennys is the Low wealth NiteClub also Xandau NiteClub.

I am trying to go metropolis with a sorta gritty side.I wanna have a central Business district with a nightclub/casino area and some Ghettos/Government Hi-rises it would be real neat if I could make a skid row also.I tried rail and never seem to get good use of it.I am using a big map with no coast at all so maybe I would want to lower a small lake/coast with a canal going thru my city but I believe this would be something after all the tiles are filled.I got the 911 call center with Police and Fire.The Will Wright Hospital also seems pretty in my city.I am going to attempt to build a monorail in the middle of city.Is this mostly used to get sims from on side of the map to the other kinda like a express train?Thanks for all the help. Hello Im sorta new to this forum but have been playing SC4 for many years without the thought of being able to add custom buildings.Now that I have found this site I've downloaded some things and thought Wow this is totally refreshing.I think the NAM Traffic (2009) is essential to this game.I want to add only growable Residental,Commercial,and Industrial ideas.The services will be the only thing I want plopable for instance Fire,Police,Hospital,Parking Garage and othr traffic stations and what not.I will also be putting in realistic Parks plopable but nothing cheating or unreal.I want everyone to give me 3 bats that I will include in my SC4 plugins.No duplicates please so read what people suggest before you add.Also give me the offical name to search up and what I may need (Dependencies).For instance dont just say get the Big Train Station Mod.Thanks to anyone who responds and I look forward to showing my 10 year old son a better game that is also educational.Thank You, Matt I start the reply by the stuff I feel is must have in my plug-ins 1.)SG Suburba Office Package 2.)Production Steel Products 3.)Low Wealth Night Clubs C$ Edited to simply combine a double posting. Wow...great response people.My first memory is when I saw it at my buddy Steves house on SNES his dad played it alot.I rented from my neighborhood rental store Aurora Home Video yeah Blockbuster was still some time away from shutting these Mom-n Pops outta business.then I would set up city to make maximum cash and would turn off TV while I slept.The next morning before school I would turn TV on and whala! 50 millon or whatever I would then Destroy whole city with Bulldozer and rebuild with max MONEY.The only problem was sometimes you;d wake up and see nothing but ASHES ouch especially if you forgot to save your game the night Before.Also I remember running outta room and having to maximize every single inch of land then youd get that great Landfill Add-on back then this was actually considered a bonus.Id be like WOW 10 or so more blocks to use.
