    You go hobbes, telling pkmn off like that. I think the lot looks great, it's very lively and no space is wasted. The transit enabled section is always a plus as well. I just don't know if i'd want to swim in a poll next to a large ferris wheel... ^_^

    Bluob - Thanks for the suggestion, i thought about that too when i took another look at the picture. I know there's a clear looking overlay texture that looks like a car path, but i couldn't find it when i made this.

    This lot was basically a test for transit-enabling lots, since i'm just learning it. This lot is transit enabled and will replace a 3-long piece of ROAD (Only works on road). You can also lay this down first and run a road through it. The lot resembles a back alleyway that you may see between apartment buildings in cities. This sort of resembles DominoHobbes's alley lot, except this is 1x3 instead of 1x1. It costs $30 to plop, no monthly cost, no other effects. This will appear towards the end of your Parks Menu. Enjoy!

    Also, with the fence and the cars deal, look at most other apartment buildings in SimCity, they have the exact same thing, an enclosed fence with cars somehow in the lot. It wasn't my idea.

    No, i did not use textures, the colors was all part of the look. I was going to do brick but it didn't fit in well with the white trim.

    The Original green apartment building got good reviews, so i have decided to release the red and blue versions of the building to add more spice to the building. You may now pick the ones you want! Also, something i realized when i made the green one, the 3 lots not only made the building appear more in-game, but it spread like a disease, so i turned those 2 extra lots into what are now the red and blue versions. This apartment building sits on a lively 1x3 lot, and is ready to grow in a Medium Density residential zone. It is stage 5 low wealth, and will build with most other apartment buildings of the same size (you know, the ones you see ALL the time when you first zone Medium Residential). Included in the zip are: 3 SC4MODEL files (one for each building) 3 SC4DESC files (one for each building) 3 SC4LOT files (one for each building) The building files are separated into 3 more folders so you know what you are putting into your plugins folder. I hope the new color choices makes it stand out much less in the game (I know, green was too bright) and fit better on the building itself. Enjoy!

    The only reason i made it low wealth was because that's how it got mixed into the primary apartment buildings, otherwise it would be a while before they started showing up.

    This is my latest creation. This green apartment building sits on a lively 1x3 lot, and is ready to grow in a Medium Density residential zone. Included in the zip is: 1 SC4MODEL file 1 SC4DESC file 3 SC4LOT files (to make the building appear more commonly in-game, the 3 lots are almost identical) I may be releasing more than one version of this building, including a brick version along with more vibrant colors, if this one gets good reviews from you, the people.     The lighting could be better... and some of the windows you did were stretched wider than others right next to it. That might need fixing. The lot is also pretty big, but the building is too, so i know you can't really fix that. Good job otherwise.

    not much to say except it's ok. maybe the lot should be a little wider with some scraped dirt to show it crashed at some speed, as a suggestion.

    The subs are good because Gizmo made them... he said you need gizmo's vehicle propsV3, which i'm guessing includes the subs and the boat on the end.

    It's really good. You might want to consider making it a little longer and putting up a high fence as improvements. The fence is a biggie, unless you want golf balls raining down onto your buildings. [8]
