  1. Hey everyone, I have played Simcity 4 for a long time and today I got it on steam just so I don't need to use the disk. But when I started playing it this started happening. I have no idea why, I removed all the mods/plugins and I was still doing it. It seems to do it when buildings and are being built and when I place animals. I'm playing it in 1920x1080 but I'm sure I have before and iv not had any problems like this in that past. Any kind of kind of help would be much appreciated, Jack.

    Humm my videocrads not that old, but it's not the best one in the world. So what's better rendering it with hardware of software?

    Yep that's done it, Just changed rendering mode to software. Thanks Jack. By the way what does changing that actually do?
