    Yep that's done it, Just changed rendering mode to software. Thanks Jack. By the way what does changing that actually do?

  6. Hey everyone, I have played Simcity 4 for a long time and today I got it on steam just so I don't need to use the disk. But when I started playing it this started happening. I have no idea why, I removed all the mods/plugins and I was still doing it. It seems to do it when buildings and are being built and when I place animals. I'm playing it in 1920x1080 but I'm sure I have before and iv not had any problems like this in that past. Any kind of kind of help would be much appreciated, Jack.
