  1. R to C to I RATIO

    I've read somewehere that because only half the population works, the commercial and industrial zones (combined) should be half (50%) that of residential. Yet, I've noticed that others claim that the correct ratio is 3R, 2I and 1C, in other words, I+C should be equal to R. Which of the two is it?

    The Nazi flag is fine by me and I doubt anyone would have a problem . It is part of our common history - one we would rather forget - which we cannot ignore. However, an Islamist terrorist flag? No such thing exists or ever existed. It would only promote the stereotype. Avoid uploading it.
