This is the interchange between the main north-south highway and the main east-west highway, which ends just beyond the right edge. Two interchanges located further south.

This is a variant of the super street intersections (no direct left turns from the main highway).

Here are a couple of SimCity 4 stubs: This is the southern stub end... ...and this is the northern stub end. They were supposed to connect to each other but there's no room in the budget. There are currently no plans to complete this "missing link" (too much development in the way).
