Heya, when I try to manually download the .638 update from the official Maxis website I get the following report. What does it mean? Can't I update my game? What could I do? I've already tried downloading manually and automatically and qualifying the Maxis official site as trusted site. Nothing seems to work though. Already added to the trusted sites, but does this mean I have to download everything I downloaded from the SimCity official site again? Thanks for your help guys

Hey, when I download any lots from the official SimCity site, it says download completed into the Simcity, Plugins folder but when I open it the files are not there and my computer can't find them. They don't come as hidden files, I've already tried that. The funny thing is that when I try to download it again it says that the file already exists. More or less the same thing happens when downloading the latest patch. It says patch download completed but when I go into the official update site again, it only detects the old version. It seems as though things appear to download from the official site but they don' really. Why is that? By the way, I don't have any problems downloading from Simtropolis or anything of the sort. My computer is in Spanish (but I don't think that has anything to do although it might give the site trouble when looking for the "My Documents" folder) and my version of the game is Rush Hour. OK! Thanks so much! I managed to fix everything. I found the installers, the bus and subway stops appear properly and all and I've fixed the problem with Commerzbank, the police station... Thanks again!

I'm having the problem with lots installed after installing Rush Hour. I've got this problem with many downloaded lots such as: a) Commerzbank v 2.0 b) Central Police Station c) Downtown athletic club d) Downtown high school e) Most importantly, the Road-Top Mass-Transit v. 3.50 dowload, which is the one about the bus and subway stops I talked about before. I've attached two photos. The first one shows the problem with the police station to the right, the downtown high school to the bottom, the athletic club to the left and the Commerzbank to the top. The second one shows the problem with the bus and subway stops. Everything comes up on the lot (the rubbish bins and the writing on the road) except for the bus stop or the subway stairs themselves. Any idea what the problem could be?

I solved the problem with Capitol Records and the Taipei Museum, but I've still got the one about the lots. Can anyone help?

Nah the plugins are in the right folder. I've got several of them which do work. By the way, when I said Columbia Records I meant Capitol. Any idea what the problem is? Thanks

Hey there guys, I've got two problems: 1. I just got Rush Hour and I've been downloading lots of props from Simtropolis. The problem is that when I load them, the lot appears with some of the stuff, but the main building doesn't. For example, in all downloads concerning police stations I can see the parking lot, for instance, but I can't see the police headquarters. Instead, I can see a grey square. The same happens with the download about bus stops on the road, instead of taking up an extra tile. One can see that it says "Bus Stop" but you can't see the bus stop itself. 2. I had a city, before installing Rush Hour, where I had put the Columbia Records and the Taipei Museum landmarks. Now, when I load Rush Hour, a big box appears where they usually were. Hello, I have a problem with my education and health buildings, police and fire stations... whenever I click on their icon to plot them or whenever I select them after having plotted them, the radius of the building doesn't show, which is really uncomfortable because I don´t know if services are overlapping or what zones lack what services. Anyone know why this is? I have recently installed the game and there are about 15 plugins in my plugins folder. Could it have anything to do with them? Thanks for your help!
