I have a couple cities that are using Police/Fire/Medical Drones, but they have run out of their initial supply, I have another city within the same region (on the same road path) that is producing drones. How do I get the produced drones over to the cities that need them?

I am looking for a mod that makes 1 park make the whole city high land value, is this possible or even out there?

Is there a mod or something that raises the entire maps land value to the highest value?

How do you delete the expansion pack and go back to the regular simcity?
