Hi everyone, I'm looking for a mod that changes avenue textures when placed diagonally from grass to pavement. Does anyone know where I can find this?

cmdp123789: Hi, the city will be functional or at least I hope it will be once it's done. I certainly won't be able to do it on the same scale as the real NYC which is a good thing as I'm struggling as it is with it about 1/3 of the size. What else did you want to know about my work?? Does anyone know where I can find the pavement mod for avenues where on diagonal placement currently it shows up with grass patches on the sides and I want to change that to pavement so it fits in better with the city feel. If anyone could direct me to a link that would be great.

jacqulina: Thanks, it took a while to get it the way I wanted and to be honest I still don't think I'm finished with it yet. ?avi?: Thanks for stopping by. alberta13: Thanks for taking the time to have a look through my CJ and I can tell you New York is an amazing place to visit, nothing quite like it anywhere in the world. As far as the lawn fence/confier lots are concerned, I believe it is on the LEX. What you need to do is look up the power search and under author find jeronji's name and it should bring up JRJ Park Fences Revised, that is the lot you will want.

For attempting to explain that the "how many" riot wasn't started by him yet we're all still very sceptical about that actually being the truth, lol =P

Well it's that time again, update time, yay!!!!!! I hope you are all as excited as I am about it. First of all though I would like to thank everyone who voted for the best Battery Park design and to say there was a clear winner would be an understatement with 100% of the vote going towards the new design. Now before I get down to the knitty gritty and release a few more pictures i'll answer all of your replies. warconstruct: Thanks for stopping by and leaving your encouragement. renemone: Thanks and I promise I will keep going. penguin007: Thanks for visiting. Rictiovarus: Thanks for the vote and advice which I will probably consider in the future seeing it will always be a work in progress. jjune4991: Thanks for voting and your valuable input. jim 546: Thanks for voting. psander5: Thanks for voting and welcome to the CJ hope to see you again soon. jacqulina: As always appreciate your input, thanks. crazyarchitect: Thanks for putting up with my lack of updates and coming back and also for your words of encouragement. Now this week's update is also a bit of a redevelopment of an area I worked on a few updates ago, that area being the Civic Centre. I wasn't happy looking back on what I released as it just didn't seem to well, look much good. This time around though after matching building types to one another and creating what I think is a great urban space for people and business to intermingle with plaza's and open spaces it adds importance to the area and gives it the identity of being a proper Civic Centre. So here she is............. The shot above is typical of any given day at the NYC Civic Centre being a hive of activity with people hurrying to court hearings and council business. Now a night shot of the same area from a different perspective with the towering skycrapers of the Financial District looming ominously over the top but not all encompassing it or taking it's significance and power away. This last shot is of Pier 17 at night with the Brooklyn Bridge crossing at the bottom of the picture. Popular with New Yorker's and tourists alike as a shopping centre and a place for a good meal with it's many available restaurants and cafe's. You may even find the odd broker or banker having some time out from the frantic world of Wall St only blocks away. That's it for now, I hope you all enjoy the new update and keep on leaving your messages and any words of wisdom you might like to share.

For reminding me of my old bag of a piano teacher when I was a youngin' with the words of wisdom "Remember, never mix up your C#'s......." Her horrid voice and tone resonates through my brain and I've broken out in a cold sweat at the thought of it.

Thank you to everyone who has voted so far. It's looking pretty clear at the moment that the new version of Battery Park is the favoured one, I will however leave this vote open for another day and then hopefully I will be back with another update. Keep your votes coming and any other comments/suggestions you might have =]
