You are correct about the placement. You can put it anywhere in your plugins folder. The difference between grow and plop buildings is pretty self-explanatory. "Growable" buildings grow from RCI zones you lay out, like all the other Maxis buildings you have. "Plopable" buildings can be plopped like landmarks, Police/Fire stations, schools, etc. I am not sure what you mean by the signs. Do you mean like CS$ and CS$$? If so, the CS refers to the type of jobs it provides (CS = Commercial Service). The dollar signs refer to the wealth level: $ = Low wealth and $$ = Med wealth, $$$ = High Wealth. Hello. My SimCitizens would love to open up a Pizza Hut but I would love to know what the difference is please between Grow and Plop. Apart from the obvious design look. Also what are the differences in the signs, aaaand finally - I assume the files I choose go into C:\Users\Steve\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins?

I've sorted that now. As I have the steam version I had to make the englsh folder manually.

Seems that this NAM and it's mods aren't working in my game. For example I chose for the cars to drive on the left, this isn't working. Also, the road textures all look the same as they did before, no changes. I have done a system reboot too and made the changes to the game with Steam closed.

I may have yeah.I got it working eventually so unsure if it has installed RRW or not. How can I tell? Thanks for the link I will check it out, if needed.

I have downloaded the latest NAM and for some reason I cannot change the rail textures. It gives me 3 options and none can be ticked. Why is this?

I have just got Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition via a Steam sale as I have lost my discs over the years and wondered what are the must-have mods? I know that there is a launcher but still figuring out how to get that to work with steam (just posted in it's forum).
