Schulmanator- Thank you. nathanthemayor- Yep, but most football stadiums are big why should this one be any different. Thanks for commenting. NMUspidey- haha, well I'd say it holds about 70-100k people. And I noticed that truck right after posting the update, haha. Thanks for commenting. wwetom1- Yeah usually I forget to turn the grid off while taking pictures as i work on my cities.
  3. SimCity League Baseball 2011

I checked the SLB website, just put my two clubs in the Atlantic Division in the Roberto Clemente League.
  4. Oh my and I thought the old Port Matthew was great. Your region looks...massive, and I love the before and after shots from around Kardon. Also you must tell me where you got that central park.

  7. Simtropolis 7.0 (Dated February 21st)

no more PFB! This will be my...I think third... upgrade I've witnessed while registered here and this is the first time that will be fixed once and for all. I'm all prepared for the downtime as I expect there will be.
  8. Branhattan

  9. Tenements & Rust: Ghetto Stories

City Name: New Chatham Team Name: Beavers Home Field: Chatham Energy Field Team Colours: all the colors in the logo Logo: Here is the only change for Port Charlotte Home Field: Harbor Center Stadium (60,000) Also where ever the real world location was last year, it is the same for both New Chatham and Port Charlotte as the teams are about 20 minutes apart from each other.

Replies: DCMetro34- Thank you for comenting. wwetom1- Thank you, they all should look legit, as they are all real logos. I got everyone of them except for the mustangs logo from logoserver. Update 26- Pictures from the Region: While I prepare the next update that will actually show some work being done in the region. Here are some pictures I took that show some of my latest downloads, and part of a new highway I'm building. So without further ado... St. Gabriels Catholic Church in Apple Grove is a magnificent new building in town. Besides playing around with RHW and I am playing around with effects on photobucket. Two QCTA trains pass each other over the Renior River. Work is now finished on the Tides Stadium. The stadium was home to the Quad Cities Sharks football franchise back in the early 60's but were moved out of the region. The stadium has since been closed, but was recently renovated for the new Quad Cities Cobras football franchise who are going to be an expansion franchise in the SFL. The newly renovated Tides Stadium Construction on the new I-68 project has started, and the first segment has been opened in the Richmond city limits. Crawford Ridge Rd. ends at I-68 with this exit. The new exit for Grove Rd. Already some farmers have been pressured to sell parts of thier land for the new highway and businesses that are popping up off of exits such as the one for Grove Rd. A new Mcdonalds, Tim Horton's, and Hamton Inn can be found off of the Grove Rd. exit. More updates soon, comments and criticism are welcome.

Yeah I'm wondering about when the season is gonna get rolling too.
  17. Quad Cities Region

Replies: Trillian2003: This is a fictional region, only the idea of having one metropolitan area with four anchor cities is based on the RL Quad Cities IA/IL. kj3400: Thank you. No I built that unfinished interchange because it is based off of an unfinished interchange in St. Louis. dfnva: I was hoping you would see those updates. And I wanted to give you the credit you deserve for making the signs, all I did was copy and paste 2 of your pics into paint, and use my own street names. Also thank you, like I told kj it is based off a similar unfinished project in St. Louis. Also if I need more signs, I'll just keep giving credit Note: I should have some bigger and better updates coming up in about a month or two. My hockey season is slowly winding down so all I will have to focus on will be school work, so I should be able to squeeze in some time for SC4. Update 24- ICHA Standings: As the ICHA season wraps up for the O'mara Cup playoffs, the final standings have been released. It was a good competitive season with many of the new teams this year finishing toward the top. Port Charlotte University finished in first with the best overall record never losing a game, followed closely by Laurier Mountain State. Coverage of the O'mara Cup playoffs will be shown to Quad Cities viewers on TV channels WADZ 5, and in Port Charlotte on PC Sports Network channel 37.

Well I have read through your update on Main St. so I will comment on that first. I love the different areas of your city. Your city seems well planned and laid out (unllike mine where I just build), I also love that fountain in whatever park that is. I also can't wait to see what road you take a tour of next. Now this past update: Emgod's city is beautiful as well. I love that amusement park, and the overviews of his city. Also the pictures showing seaworld and the zoo, nobody is in those parks, so did Paul and Jane's family get the afterhours tour or something? Also congrats on the well deserved Trixie.
  19. Ben's Top Ten +10

    Whoo! I made the +10!
  20. Quad Cities Region

Replies: Benedict- Thank you, its good to be back Update 23- A look at RTI: Renior Technical Institute is an older university in Renior. Recently the university completed some upgrades, and construction projects, Which included wrecking down the older classrooms and dorms, and rebuilding them. The university competes in 6 D3 sports in the QCCAA (Quad Cities College Athletic Association), the six sports are (Mens and Womens) basketball, soccer, track and field, lacrosse, plus baseball, and softball. The current view of the RTI campus The empty land shown in the picture above is owned by the university, which plans to build more classrooms, and dormrooms. The university also has plans to build an indoor arena complex which would be home to a, pool, basketball arena, and hockey arena, as currently basketball games are played outside on the court in the center of the campus. The university has been growing rapidly with the addition of two QCTA bus routes to the campus, and the expansion of Moland Ave. which has an exit that puts you right next to the capus. The Moland Ave. exit for RTI The exit was supposed to be a trumpet interchange with another highway, but after building the two ramps shown the project was cancelled due to the RTI campus being right in the way of the planned highway. more later, please comment

  22. Quad Cities Region

Replies: Towerdude- Thank you, and I do actually have a lot of custom content as surprising as it sounds, but it mostly blends into the maxis. nathanthemayor- Thank you. However all I did was take some pics of dfnva's CJ and used paint to make them say what I needed. StanislavSoltys- Thank you, the transition is quite smooth actually, it took a lot of work to make so that it was more realisticly transitioned. News Update: I haven't updated in a while so here is something to tide you over until after christmas.
