Heh, what can you do with the billions? Think I'll edit this to provide maybe a couple of K per month and dump into a high-res zone (for justification reasons that wealthy bastards would dump gold coins instead of nickels and dimes).

I have some areas in my city that are low-residential (and I do try to keep it that way for realism). This would definitely go great with that area. Good work.

Even for looks... all we have here is the same building model stacked one on top of each other. It's terrible. And if the whole point of this is to make a building collapse, can you think of anything else even more pointless?

No, there is no rule, but seriously, certain degrees of realism (and common sense) need to be applied, yes? No building that tall would ever be placed in that close of a vicinity to the airport.

Nice to have some alternatives to play with for High Schools. However, I agree with a previous commentor in that the stands on the Soccer field are a tad too large.
