How do you know this? guillaume has said that they haven't showed all roads types yet. they also haven't showed boats, ships or planes but they are confirmed. the only thing thats definitely out is subways Ia this not just the tail end of a bridge? Yep, that's what it is. -

I think that there will be subways in the sense that it will be light rail that just goes into a tunnel underground. This is what happens with all cities where the tracks are above ground until they hit the dense areas and then they dive underground. In the past simcity's light rail and subways have been two separate networks where this time around it will be one more flexible network. Do you guys agree? it wont be trench and cover but more of a boring style of subway. -
Hi there, My bullet train modd works fine but it doesnt have any pillars or legs. It's just floating. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks,

Hi there, I have a new region that has all large tiles and the config.bmp file is very small 60x60 and the region is huge. How do I make it so that all the tiles are medium instead of large? Thanks,

60x60 is a pretty good sized region. That would be 15 large cities on a side. To make all medium cities (30x30), you can change the config to all green using MS Paint. However, doing that will erase any terrain that has been created (if any). That is a really good start but I would like to keep the terrain (San Francisco) that I downloaded. Is the possible?

Hi there, I unistalled my simcity game and now I am trying to re-install it and the cd 1 wont even start loading. I have played this game tons on this computer and never had any problems. I deleted everything simcity related on my computer too. Any suggestions?

ok I restored my xp system to a later date and I was finally able to start the game. Now it just crashes before the ea games logo comes up which is the most repetitive issue there is on this forum i know. I saved all my cities and plugins on a memory stick and added them back to my documents. Could this be the problem?

Thanks for the responses, I cant think of anyway else to describe it though. I can install it on another computer but it wont prompt me to install it on my computer anymore. The icon shows up however and I can click manually the autorun button but nothing happens....I want to play soo bad.

Here is a picture of the I 80 east in San Francisco just before the Bay Bridge. It is double Decker in real life but we obviously cannot duplicate that so I did the best I could. Here is a duplicate of the 4th and 5th street exits also heading east on I 80 in San Francisco. Here are a few other intersections that are designed to be high capacity interstates for my city.I try to all the transitions smooth and at least 2 lanes. I still have alot of work to do on them but I was excited to show them. Any thoughts?

Hi Guys! I have been using the block all maxis mod for my res buildings only and it has just stopped working. I deleted it and then re installed it and still all my maxis res building are being built. Anything can help at this point. Thanks

Hey Sorry to bump this thread back but I tried this and it worked for a bit and now im back to maxis buiding growing again, its terrible. Does anyone else have a problem with the block all maxis modd? -

Hey guys Im trying to do a region on San francisco and most of the maps dont alow for the bay bridge because you cannot make a bridge into a neighbouring city without there being land. Any suggestions?

Okay I finally installed windows xp on my macbook pro. now i cannot establish a wireless connection because there is not even an option for it in my conrol pannel. How am i supposed to download the anything from simtroplis or the lex? This is driving me nuts haha I just want to start my city

Thanks! I have been trying all day and cant find windows xp service pack 2. Its really annoying but its just not available to purchase anymore. I dont know what to do. I just want to start playing!!!!

Thanks for the replys! It works ok for now but its not overly fast and im planning on maing a huuge city with millions of people on large tiles. Im really worried im going to start this and it will just not work out. Is my 2008 macbook pro going to do the trick for this?

I absolutely did not pic that version, its been an on going problem and it is really annoying when you have downtown residentials that are all of a sudden abondoning after being perfectly fine for 50 years. Peaple in real life travel like an hour on the freeway to get to work in some cases. In sim city, they will travel like 1km, its really unrealistic and deflating.

Same problem, it never ends, I have so many jobs, great transit network little traffic, yet still abandonment everywhere....
