Standard buildings like schools, flowerparks, bus stops seem to miss something. I can't recall what but they definitely do miss some details. Information: I'm running Simcity 4 Deluxe Edition. And I suspect that the following plugin is a suspect: -Small Rural Parking Lots by erazor -Less Abandonment by bones1 I also downloaded the 'night light fix' update with the sku 2 update from http://simcity.ea.com.
