    My cities has been going for around 250 years, and my education has been and is still fine (If I Query any school, the grade is always 5 apples). However, after Querying several houses and apartments, the Education grade is always low to medium. My Health is fine. My city has around 730,000 people, and if you have any questions about my city, please ask. Thanks in advance!

    nothing works. education by age is all 180~, and so is the education graph. extra funding and libraries and museums dont seem to do anything
