when i did the right click thing, it saved as an html doc. , is that what is supposed to be?

yes, but even when i turn firewalls and pop up blokers off, i still click on the download option and nothing happens. does it work if i right-click and hit "Save Target As.."?

i have searched every where in the website, without getting any help, so how do you DOWNLOAD, i click "download" and that loading bar loads, then nothing happens, is that what is supposed to happen if not, then HOW??????????????
