If meth was legal, it wouldn't be getting made by Joe drug dealer in his basement with who knows what, it would be getting made by professionals who know what they're doing and who have a reputation to keep so they won't make it foul. In East Franklin, the northern ferry development has merged with Franklin via development along the new road: In Northwest Mountains, a few people from north of Franklin County have set up residence west of the industrial district. They have set up a lumber business, thereby giving Lowe's some competition. No driveways are permitted on the ramps themselves. They for the most part connect to other roads. It is done sometimes in my regions to maximize development space.

The Argentines have the right to their own laws and their own constitution. From what I can make of the report, possession is not illegal now. They may get a new law that punishes drug sellers, not possessors; which makes sense to me. If there was no one selling the drugs, there would be far less drug use. Also, if a drug user harms another person under the influence of it, I think it should be prosecuted as if a non-user did it. Whether the user was under influence or not, the user is equally responsible in my opinion. In short, possession should not be illegal, since it is just yourself. Selling drugs or traficking them should be illegal, since it harms others. If the user harms another person while under the influence of a drug, the person is as responsible as he would be not using it. Those are my opinions.

Well, I missed an update. But it is of no concern. It's only twice the fun of reading it! You have some very nice villiages. Also, some good freeway building going here. Although I have a certain hatred of at-grade intersections, I suppose they'll do for now.... Lastly, I think I predict a highway going through the northwest valley from Mountain Town to Evergreen sometime in the future....

DO NOT plop the Avenue Roundabout on Intersections. Demolish the intersection first. Then plop it. As for the normal 2 x 2 roundabout, drag the road in a 2 x 2 circle. That should produce the road roundabout. For the One Way Road Roundabout, drag the OWR in a 3 x 3 circle. That should produce the OWR roundabout. If this does not produce the roundabouts, you probably have an outdated NAM or other transit mod in your plugin folder. Try running SC4 with nothing else but the NAM. If that does not help, reinstall the NAM. If nothing helps, consult the NAM team. Hope I helped. - Patricius Maximus

It even outsold SCS a few months ago. 2) The interstates are the Rural Highway Mod v20 and the textures I use are the DTP American Dark Textures. The smooth curves are from the April 2008 NAM release. Meastro444: Well, it's okay to miss updates. As long as they're good . wallasey: 1) You think so? Just wait until v21, 22, and 23. I have read that they're going to be great additions. Including MIS flyovers planned in v22 or 23, and Elevated RHW in one of them. 2) No, it does not come with lighting. Maybe that's something you should tell the RHW Addon Mod people. edmonton_stinks: They might.... Days later, the spray from the aquifer on the road in East Valley was diverted via a trench and elevating the road surface a bit. It was an expensive job for the Franklin County Highway Department. Also, the East Valley residents have bought and built their coal mine: The coal is shipped east via I-30 for sale outside Franklin County: East Valley residents are now talking to the Highway Department about a joint project to build a rail line from Central Franklin to East Valley and then eastward. Meanwhile, Red Roof Inn has turned an earthquake disruption into a new business opportunity. A new recreation site has been built on the newly formed river: It is linked to the main hotel via a tram service, which gives more money to the company via a small fare. That's all for this update. Well, I hope your sickness passes quickly. You never can tell about viruses. From my experience, the shortest I've had was 3 hours and the longest was a week. Although that doesn't take into account a wierd cough I had every winter for 4 years. Enough of my medical history. I'm sure you will remedy the textures as soon as you can. Meanwhile, in East Valley, a person had a brilliant inspiration. His idea was to tap the spring into bottles and market it as spring water. They have already began to sell it to other regions, and have a good business going. Which means more money to put into the coal mine purchase. They estimate it will take about a week more to get enough money. In the ferry development, the northern part has expanded. Also, a new road has been built connecting Franklin with the new development: In the newly deregulated area near North Franklin, a new commercial development has been built, bringing more employment opportunities for new residents: Planners have also noticed that the North Franklin diamond interchange has become quite a hub for traffic: Traffic planners have considered upgrading it to 2 lane ramps if traffic volume gets higher. SCS will become what Civilization: Call to Power became to the Civilization franchise -- an offshoot from the original, a distant cousin, etc. For my two cents, I don't consider SCS part of the true lineage of the SC franchise. It's disappointing too b/c the franchise was on a very positive, upward trajectory, especially w/ SC3K and SC4.quote> I agree. I consider SCS a distant and failed spinoff. In short, I do not consider it a Simcity -- just a Sim. However EA has completely ruined their reputation with Simcity with the SCS nightmare.
