The Department of Transportation reports that the overall state of the transit system is good except for the backup on Main Street. The DOT requests an in-game picture of the area as soon as it is convenient to enable a plan to fix the situation. I agree with Psander5. CrazyArchitect Corner is looking to be a good district. They have set up a branch office in Franklin to coordinate the entire region. This day and age? Stop for a moment and think about this - what makes this day and age any different from the day and age of people thousands of years ago - in their own minds. Every generation thinks that their generation is the most advanced and civilized people walking the planet. This just isn't true. People haven't really changed in the past, so it's kind of like expecting to turn on the faucet and having something other than water come out. In other words, it's always been like this in the past, so why should we expect that it's going to be different now. The Chronicles decided to have that column becuase of the oil refining deal, and the resulting economic connections. Very well. The DOT will assess the state of the transit system after the next update. The Department of Transportation is a small department by choice, as we feel that it is better to have a small, highly skilled staff instead of a large and incompetent one. Not to say that a large staff is incompetent, but we just prefer to have it that way . The DOT is also fully aware of the importance of the transportation infrastructure, and we will work to ensure maximum efficiency of the transit network in Virgin Shores. I myself think that a vote is the best way to settle the 'Solar Saga', as everyone will have an opportunity to vote and make their choice heard. I voted in favor of the PEG Solar Plants. The tankers have returned from the high seas. I'll look forward to seeing them. I believe that they'll make the port more realistic. I also agree that Virgin Shores should take a green approach to the utilities, but that's not my department .
