Ive updated my driver, Still nothing. I am usind duluxe (above) Nope its not plugins, Ive deleted all of my plugins.

Even with settings at low the game will still crash. I decide to delete the whole contents of the plugin folder and the game still crashed.

Yes game update patch. Well I'm not sure about the stats but I'm using Vista. I think i have a core2 duo processer and 2 GB of ram I think around 2GHz

I like to remake cities in sc4. But I think that it is to hard to make real cities so i just make fictional cities instead. But lately I cant think of any civalized and fair size islands ,do you know of any good fictional islands. So far i have: Vice city, Liberty city,and Lego island.
