Inside the simcity 4 I have now tried everything to get this strange phenomenon to life, I have grass in the region list, but when I choose to behave a new city no matter what region I have loaded then I get desert, I've tried everything , install simcity 4 again without success. See the picture I have attached to this thread. Hope that there is someone who could help me. Thank you in advance for your help.
