Serious Update!!!: My final exams are tomorrow and I'll be finished with college for a grande 2 weeks. However, the worse has yet to come as I'll be now taking 17 credit hours plus working (thats almost twice as much activity as I'm currently involved in) This does mean that Blue Hope will be put on the back burner and there's no relief in the near future either I'm afraid In this period of time, I'm seriously contemplating upon How Blue Hope will be run from this point forward... I have a proposal to do it one of two ways... #1, the current way and continue with slow updates (which I have no problem with) or #2... a way that will speed my updates up dramatically... however you must follow a process... My proposal... All of Newarks's parcels will be hosted on the Blue Hope City Journal Website. You can download them individually... The entire region will be available to download aswell as all of its plugins. (They're VERY organized, don't worry.) You will follow a process that involves basically, creating your updating your OWN development... You will then send me only the parcel you modified and only the bat's that you added (you'd better keep them organized!) and upon approval, I'll post a photo update of your development and provide your deed. ...You will be responsible for calculating your own costs however (I have a VERY easy to use calculator to perform the steps for just about anything you want to biuld and it will also be available on the website). That Parcel will then be uploaded into the website upon my approval... Here's exactly how it will work... #1 You will petition for a Parcel, You will beable to hold the Parcel for up to three turns UNLESS someone is requesting it aswell in which you must perform your work within a one week period and return it to me... #2 You take photos of the area you want to modify and show me your plans much like you've previously been doing, I'll give you suggestions or an approval and afterward and this is to make sure you're not putting a space port in the middle of a residential area or you're not overwriting someone elses development... #3 You begin your development. ONLY give me a construction phase of your development (I.E. no biuldings, just zones and roads.) I will run the clock because the development needs to synchronize with the rest of the region and you may get false RCI readings in one blank parcel with nothing around it (just the Parcel alone) #4 - You send your development to me, personally along with ANY Bat you have included!!!. I'm working on a way to arrange that. You can either host it on a fileshare site, your own server and tell me where to download it, or just Instant Message it to me. I have every instant message program so I'm not hard to reach. I will look over it and add it to the current region... I will grow your area... Also, UNTIL I give you permission of administration (which will happen to those I feel I can keep a reasonable account with, seriously, all you have to do is follow orders and listen) You will NOT BE AUTHORIZED TO POST PHOTOS OF YOUR DEVELOPMENT - I will look over your development and make sure it is within grade of everything else... Do not take this offensively if I need to make a change. I do this to keep everything fluent and smooth. The likelyhood of my changing something in your development is incredibaly slim unless something stands out or isn't biult to correct standards (especially freeways). #5. The now Updated Parcel is reuploaded into the website where it is someone elses turn to add to the development of Newark... There's no "limit" upon how much you can change at once besides your points though. I will post photo's of your development, and give you your deed much like

lilmanjs - Just incase you didn't realize. The proposal wasn't to turn Tuckaway Highway into a tollroad but basically to have Tuckaway Highway end, and extend a tollway on the same alaignment of the Highway 45 Corridoor (remember Highway 45 and Tuckaway Highway are two different entities, they just share the same pavement so Tuckaway Highway recieves additional funding... This means that Tuckaway Highway can end or change routes while Highway 45 Continues (Much like Lantia Pkwy / East West Connector and Highway 4...)

Delays Delays: It's time for exams again. I'll be taking them all next week and not to mention I have two major projects due along with studying so my updating for the remainder of this week and next week will likely be very very slow... if at all. But as for Houston Fan's development, I need to know whether or not Tuckaway Highway will be tolled from his exit and northward... which is still a decision to be made by Tuckaway Transportation because if it is tolled, then Douglass City will only be accessable by a tollroad...

willg - Okay, you want the tiles across? and up / down between the Freeway and the road? or to the edge of the map? and do you want the tiles inside the area of the perimiter? As for the hole in the image. At that zoom level, unless I spend a rediculous amount of time, there's absolutely no way I can give you 100% accuracy, they'll be very close an I will beable to work with them to make the connections as accurate as possible but perfection, atleast for the moment is out of the question. What exactly are you trying to biuld there? lilmanjs - Next time make SURE you tell me what Parcel and Grid intersection you're using as that could be anywere in Newark for all I know but I believe this is at the end of Tuckaway Highway. Converting Tuckaway Highway into a Ground Highway can be done but isn't recommended as the cost will go up for a Highway that will do basically the same job. I'd suggest keeping it as a Rural Highway with exit / entrance ramps until Douglas City grows a bit. You also didn't mark if you wanted an interchange in that intersection with the road. Furthermore, I realized now that Tuckaway Transportation was the purchaser of Tuckaway Highway, since both you and Houston Fan are in Tuckaway Transportation, I'll need you two to come to an agreement (or vote within Tuckaway Transportation) upon how Tuckaway Highway will be constructed, whether or not it will continue as a Tollroad, and when and where the tolling will begin... As for the story line... I have NOT forgotten about Soni... I am tied between 2 College Projects, Math Homework, Exams, Moving, Work, and the website...
