Now i dont know why, but for a short time when i used window mode it worked perfectly for me, so i got rid of the -w andnoe just have this "C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps\SimCity 4.exe" but for some reason it's still in window mode, is there anyway to get it out?

Well finally Update 6, or 1 if you consider. Ill leave you to guess what happend But for you that dont, i remade flint for the better. alot of inspiration came from a trip to ohio, cincinatii to be exact. and though there's alot of heck for the redesign i do love what ive been able to do. dosent this look nice? i mean i cant wait till nice $$ houses grow. though i gave up the asphalt streets, too many complications. an overview. Now things by next update will change, i still havent even added parks, or the historic park. I really love the feel of this area. The rular sunken highway also looks good. also looks like someones hotle is done I must say so far it really fit's in. Though the change is good remaking transportation has been a plain. 3 diffrent interchanges all serving a important purpose, whether it be main road, county road. Also include overpasses. Also i got the beaches done! Are they better? Now just some info, all events in the past including the disaster have happend, and considering the highway's now location probably worse. well if it happens, and when or if you make a cj, sure. Though i think we should put some limit to the amount of cj's, again if it happens. but what i find intresting is with out dtp making virgin shores the chance of this happening would have been very unlikly, atleast between all of us. This mage-deal you could would have alot of benifits, espically for the growth of our cj's.

hmmm the people of flint are all for it, with are current rate of development this action would heavily benifit us, whether it be in trade, tourism, commercial development, ect. Besides that the 4 of us, virgin shores, new follormer, flint, and franklin all have atleast some sort of deal inplace ( though flint and franklin dont) Besides that timemasters new cj could make a great edition in the future, and this offers alot of oppurtunities for our cj's.

now im sorry to say that im calling off the elections, i cant truly blame it on issue's though some in game problems certainly didnt help,but mostly on my plan for flint, i plan to develope the area very very quikly, not very interactive though.
