  1. Lot sizes?

    Thanks a ton SC4Boy. From the first look it seems to be exactly what I was searching for. Edit: ok, spoke too soon. All that wonderful information and lot size is missing. If screenshots were included it could suffice but alas. I may have to check out that SC4Tool that is mentioned.

    Has anybody seen a handy list of the Maxis buildings in game and lot size requirements? I.E. "Generic Corporation (made up)" - Medium Density Commerical - 6x6: requires street/ped mall on all sides and even terrain.

    If you have The Sims 1 then you can import them. No other way that I've been made aware of though but I don't mess with that many of the Sims.

    Wonderful replication! Great work. Looking at the streetfront in the closeup picture on the left makes me wonder if you could tackle The Ballpark at Arlington...oops, Ameriquest Field. Seems pretty similar archetecturally.

    It's the small things like this that are really useful across a whole region. Ordinary enough to be everyday items, but not overpoweringly redundant.

    @ sc4noobie you'd have a sizable cleaning crew & security detail for the overnight shift in a building this size. So just a few more nightlights would be good to represent that. And I like the other idea someone had about having the umbrella/logo light up more at night.
