You can play without Rushour and get alot of mods so It is as fun as it would be with it. I personally dont have that problem but I guess thats the only thing you can do.

That happens to me alot to. But what I do is just vone for a higher density in the areas that that happens in. Like I start at low density then I work my way up. That really helps for me because new sims move to the City and probably alot of other reasons. I think you should try that if you have enouph demand for it. Good luck!

what jamezz_2005 said is what I was thinking but you could also get some ploppable commercial building BATs some of them have like 12,000 jobs in them and most of them are free to plop.

'"fightthepower" and '"Howdryiam" are some cheats that can help you but if you don't want to use cheats you could use your starting money in a nieghboring City to build alot of power plants and use power lines (the enourmose red ones) to connect the 2 cities. I hope it works for you because I have never tried it but im asuming it would work.

Im not sure if this is a prequisite but I could on get mine if I hade a City hall in my city but im sure you already do.

I also live in vegas and I agree with Super Sheep one thing you could do is type in fightthepower as a cheat so you wont need any power plants. You did excellent so far on the placement of the airport and The mountain to the left of the airport is called Mt.Charleston and is slightly larger than the one to the right of the a port.(Sunrise mt.)
