All cities of Australia are very hard to compare and say which ones are better.Each one is unique in its own way: Sydney has the wonderful harbor, Brisbane has nice waterways and lifestyle, Melbourne is very historic and has lots of architectural buildings. There is also the other capital cities like Perth and Adelaide which mostly consist of water as their main features like all other Australian cities. My personal favorite as a city of Australia would have to be Sydney! I also like Queensland quite a bit, and not just for themeparks Here is some photos i got courtesy of SkyScraperCity, these photos just outline the more residential parts of Australian cities we never see, and show how nice they are.NOTE:These photos are all from Sydney metropolitan and CBD area and beyond. Roads are really narrow, saving space for more development of the city.

To me it looks like your problem with the shaded areas is caused by vertex's that are intercepting each other. Im not very good at explaining these things and i hope someone can for you. Good work anyway, this house is coming along great. I really did miss all the work of the BATters from 2005.

I'd recommend you get the demo first just so you don't waste your money and so you can see what its like, but i am positive you will like it. If you don't want to hand out $3,500 for software you can get cheaper older versions off ebay or another site like that.

Hey mr bisonm, 3ds max has faster render times its aboyt 10 or 20 times faster than gmax. If you look at a gmax building then one done in 3ds max the difference is significant.The renderer is incorporated in 3ds max however if you wish you can purchase other software to render with like vray. You don't have to have the latest version of it they are all pretty much the same, except the night library in bat4max cannot be used on anything lower than max7.

I would render them for you because like bixel i have 3ds max and you don't get staggering render times. Nemesis666: gmax just has a slow render engine, i think no matter how fast of a computer you have, it wont render them fast enough.

Of course you can do it bixel, you have a secret formula. All you do is put a photo into this scanner and it models it for you well thats what i think because you make these things as fast as two minute noodles.
