  1. Frank's Failures

Alright folks, no junk here, just a display of current projects...and what not. Straight to the point, and no wasted time.....well here I go. First BAT...well...first one i am actually going to show.... Charter Communications, Greenville, SC .....Simple enough I suppose....maybe I won't screw it up. Well, this Charter building is a suburban office building...which intrest me more than huge un-BATable things....I haven't started the 'official' model, just a 'sample' to get a feel for what it's gonna be like. I am a major perfectionist...so let's see how this turns out.. well, here ya go, a 'sample' pre-modeling...model: Take it or leave it...it's just a sample...i'll start the actual model right now...
  2. Frank's Failures

Well the Southtrust Bank Plaza is on hold, I have started a new building: ( The industrial park up the road from me is where this shot was taken from) With a little research, and some poor BAT skills, I came up with this (in the above pic, you see the edge of this one toward the right) I have been inside of this particular plant, it's quite..'nice'... Here's some other pics of 'er: Without roof junk yet: And some untextured doorways, near the entrance: The game is definately lacking industry like this, so i'm making a series actually. I have several plants on my list, all of which are located up the road. These include: Caterpillear GlaxoSmithKline EuroLex Sony Continental Teves SKF More pics as I get them
  3. Cityhawk's CJ Attempts Log

I love how that railroad kinda snakes through those trees...that's very realistic! (btw, i assume you're going for a Southern look? if so I suggest more churches, SG had a good church pack on the stex..)

Nah, i'm just messing with you There ain't no global warming, just another cycle in the Earth that is follow the Sun's unusual past few decades. It just so happens that CO2 Emissions are present this time around. CO2 is very much natural, since all pollutants are also given off by things in nature. It's a natural process, so give it a rest already.

  6. Oh so free Russia!

When it comes down to those maps...At least Saudi Arabia is truthful And, what exactly is 'free'? you kinda have to have certain guidelines or some kinda definintion to go by..
  7. Sights Across Canada

nice job! I like the system of canals, very nice! (better than i can do..those park menu clutterers )
  8. Fat gene?

I remember my pre-teen years being a bit rounder in the middle, however I seemed to have jumped about a foot and a half in height, and it disappeared I work out and play baseball and run cross country, however i eat more fast food than anyone else im sure But now I dont' really gain weight no matter how much i eat. Just for future reference, people get a bit fatter before getting tall..at least that applies to children all the way to teens. You can be obese without being fat. Simple as that...however, it seems those two very distinct terms have become less and less obscure. And yeah, I don't doubt there is a fat gene..but not only one gene controls one thing..it's a mix of several i think..
  9. Interstates, however useful they are, cause disastrous sprawl, sprawl mostly occurs along interstates. As for Houston, i suppose a'beltway' is a bypass? confusing...Anyways, the only good sprawl is well hidden industrial kind (we seem to get a lot of that now throughout the South). The interstates caused many small towns to shrivel up to nearly nothing, but it does provide for a unique backroad USA experience.
