I've been wondering a bit lately, On connecting your cities. What would be better for demand, And commute times. Plan A (What I did before) Only use avenues, highways, and mass transit to exit the city. Plan B All roads on the edge of the city are connected with the neighboring cities. I guess In plan A you could also use the major avenues, But the roads would either be really congested (Do not want) or divided.

Oh, So you downloaded the update.. hmm.. Well my computer is a mac mini, (Same graphics card) 1.8 GHz processor, With 1GB RAM and runs smoothly.

I don't know what your talking about. All of my graphic options are set to max, And it loads as if my old computer had It all on minimum. Anyway, I was wondering if there was a way to edit room for your windows. I put in only 10, And I have to keep going back and forth deleting stuff to install other things. EDIT: Although, I keep having my game crash at first. But only when its starting up or loading a city.

Downloads from the stex go straight into your plug-in's folder, Nothing needed, Just drag the folders right in, You might want to read some read-me's because some need extra files to use them, But usaully will mension them in the description. It might be a good idea to organize your plug-in's incase if you lose something.. It could be hard to find one or two files over a hundred. Sorry, No picture.. I guess Im not that helpful, but nobody else posted in this thread for 4 days.

The mac mini 1.66 GHz version is only 600$, I suggest that, And if you need more speed just ask for better parts. And macmall.com Has mac mini's with Windows pre-installed, for about 100 more dollars..

Not that bad, Just need to download a few buildings, (Or alot, What ever floats your boat) Leave grid in downtown area's and leave it out in suburbs.

600,000 sims? Wha? Where exacly did you get this number from? Maxis says you need (I think) 60k Residental population for residential skyscrapers, And near the number for commercial skyscrapers. Yet, I dont really belive them. If you have enough jobs in other city Im sure you could build middle/high density from the start.

Your welcome. Buildings with low jobs will be blackend like abandoned but not totally abadonded yet. Oh, Re-reading your message, You ment it a differnt way, But i dont think I should delete that as it may be helpful. -

Why wont reinstalling your CD work? Too scratched? If your afriad of losing stuff, Just copy your plugins folder to somewhere you'll remember it and delete the rest of the files. Oh, and remember the regions folder.. -

But they wont grow...The reson why they pop up is because theyres no jobs avalible or not enough. Or just odviosly, Isin't connected to a road. -
