Another word used differently is 'Apartment', in the UK we tend to call them 'Flats' or a 'Block of Flats'. Apartment is becoming a popular word however... Flats tend to be Low Income housing were as Apartments tend to relate more to the contemporary expensive Housing Blocks that are being built accross the country e.g Londons Docklands.

Wha, its been a while... Thorin- Very nice as usual, everything fits soo well 9/10 Infected Silence- Not bad but the brown Pedmalls look ugly 7.5/10 The Sanderson- Abit Maxis-y but very nice, plently of foliage 7/10 Xiziz- Awesome stuff... emmm... Hotdogs, lol. But, as a fellow photoshopper I really dislike Len Flares... their so overused!!! The image is nice though, very good smoke and the explosion... looks like a firework but is still very pretty. Only thing im not to keen on is the reflection, you would only really see the reflection of the red stripe along the hull of the ship in the water rather than the whole ship itself. 8/10 Doodlea21- Not bad, nice water fall but the lake at the end ends too suddenly in my eyes. I'm not too keen on the rock texture or the stoppage of the grass and fields against the rocks either 7/10 MightyGoose- Awesome gritty area, the pavement textures and the buildings go very well together, I don't mind how much repitition you've done because, in reality, thats what Housing Estates like that look like. My only problem... some lots have Palm tree's growing in them... probably not your fault but still... Palm trees ideally shouldn't be growing in an area like that 9/10 Tonks- Tis fine, a little too close to notice any flaws but they look like some fine, fine BATS you've got. 8/10 Capitol1- Alright I guess but somehow, those Commie Block Apartments just don't go in that area... with all the mid wealth housing and some high wealth commercials 7/10 Tonks- Nice plaza work but... those building near the top look kind of out of proportion to the midrises in the foreground 8/10 Infected Silence- Very good, love how the city just turns to forest 8/10 LP- Wow, nice Asian City! Makes me wish I could use them... well, I can, but I don't have any Oriental cities, lol. Only problem I can see is the pause bar 9/10 Mrbisonm- Yeah, that is a tight squeeze. Looks like a crowds gathered on the bridge to see it too, heh 8/10 Mrbisonm- You and LP should twin those cities 8/10 Blimey...thats alotta rating. Minez! Heh, Monestaries seem to always be on hills... I remember visiting Mont Saint Micheal in France a few years ago... it has got to be the most steps i've ever walked up in my life! Being a Monk is hard work I guess... Personally... I'd get a Elevator installed... heh

Aw man, I WISH I had the time and patience to have come up with something like this... i would have LOVED to build it up and then put the world through maybe, an apocalypse, metor strike or maybe some major global warming catastrophe. Love this CJ already, absolutley amazing stuff!

Capitol1- Very good but could REALLY do with some traffic 7.5/10 Sanderson- Like it! The roads don't look too screwed up either (those textures were always bad on my computer). Only Negative is the backwards "Samsung" and... 2 Maccy D's? Your sims can't HONESTLY be that fat... lolol. 8/10 Waway- Great mosaic... but because its 2 pictures... do I rate them both? lol... I don't think we've had many mosaics in this Thread because of that problem. Anywho... as a whole, it alright... a few mucky buildings and theres no traffic (can you still see it at that level... I can't remember... I spend too much time zoomed in) 8.5/10 112233- Gotta love chunky concrete buildings... looks like it commissioned by the Scottish parliament. Shame the water from the sea is really transparent, it would look tonnes better if there was some more blue colour over the sand... not your fault though really. 8/10 And... minez... nothing special-

Haha... the Highlanders, very nice. I'd say the same as Natuurzoon... Up the north near the Airport. Highlanders live in the North anyway so its pretty obvious, heheh
