Nope, you just need the shop pack itself. Your plugin folder is safe

I think you need some dependency management on your lots. There are several mysterious dependencies here, not to mention that the presentation is also lackluster. STEX rules state that every upload should come with a description that allows users to see what the upload is and what it does. In fact, a STEX moderator may lock your upload until the description is fixed. Is this an industrial facility? A landmark? Does it grow? Can it be plopped? Is it one lot? Is it several lots? How big are those? Why does the descriptor say "Civic" as if this was a police / fire dept / educational / medical / admininstrative facility? And then the list of dependencies... pink wildflowers? PEG's Ski Resort patch? For a copper mine??? Seriously? That can't be right. Moreover, it is considererd good practice to provide actual, working links to the dependencies used. That counts double if you have such a humungous list. If I like an item very much, I might bother tracking one, two or maybe three dependencies myself, but I don't see myself hunting dozens of unlinked dependency packs, sorry. I urgently advise against simply using your full plugins folder for lotting. If you want to create something, make an empty plugins folder, add the stuff you absolutely need, and try to streamline. Why leave ski resort stuff in your plugins when you want to make a mine? And if a Maxis shrubbery can do the trick, for example, you don't need to use a custom shrub that will add yet another prop dependency of which you only use this one prop. I appreciate your lotting efforts, but the resulting upload is a poorly documented mess, I'm sorry to put it that bluntly. With a bit more thought put into it all, plus some dependency streamlining, better documentation and actual dependency links, your uploads could fare so much better on the STEX.
