How much can you do on Day 1 with a city in SC3000U? Normally, when we build a SimCity, we grow them out little by little, laying zones and infrastructure in response to demand (and possibly our budget). But, obviously with the use of the i am weak cheat, how much of that can we have when the city is established, and how fast will the city reach maturity?
