Quite some time has passed since the Colkirk City Planing Council and Departement of Justice have presented their plans for the further expansion of Colkirk. Meanwhile, the new prison has already been built, and construction work has started for the new highway!

Chapter 3: Colkirk

Welcom to Colkirk, the next update of my city journal. Colkirk has already been developing into a small industrial city, but due to failed city politics, problems are piling up. The industrial are has no space to grow, the traffic situation worsens every day, and badly needed workforce cannot find proper housing. In addition, several successful jailbreaks worsened the overall security situation in Colkirk. But elections are coming in, and we will see how the future city government will tackle these...

Welcome to the second update of my CJ. Currently, I need to spend more time picking together all the neccesary plugins than actually building my map :-) Add to this the problems with the water mod, that I haven't been able to solve so far. So here we go. From Zero 2 SKYLINES will be my second city journal. The first one has been made decades ago, over at sc4devotion, iirc. Over the years, and mostly because of switching to Linux on my personal PC, I abandoned my old SC4 installation under Windows, as at first I discovered it to be a hassle to manage custom plugins running SC4 on STEAM under Linux.
