The article found its way to the Office of Interior Affairs a month later and the initial response was mixed. On the one hand, the Office had figured some administration was better than none. On the other hand, the Office did not want to have to step in to govern another claim. Deliberation was quick as the Office, acting in its authority to grant charters of self-governance, did such on the 1st day of the 3rd Month, Year 11.
