Newbourne is in a very bad state in terms of income and expense by month, and it is getting worse. With a population of just over 23,000, and most of them are high wealth ($$$), we decided that we needed to fund electricity, water, and education services more. Yeah, big mistake. You see, after we funded these services more, the income kept getting lower and lower than the expense, sending the city into a major recession. Currently, the population is under 22,000, with a mix of $, $$, and $$$ residents....
