MARTINWOOD HISTORY AND RANDOM FACTOIDS Located roughly 350 miles north-northwest of San Fransisco lies the Federal Republic of Martinwood. Martinwood itself has an interesting history as it wasn't discovered untill the 1960s when stalite imaging first came into being. Yes, the island managed to stay unexplored even through the early jet age. The island was then colonized as a joint adventure between the UK and the US in 1974, with a caviot that the Island would be granted independance 30 years later....

Although dwarfed by Midlothian Island (Martin's main island and its largest) It's still Martinwood's the second largest island.
