This is mostly just to test as I prepare to start my City Journal. Anywhere, here's the flag of Palminia - the second largest province in the Free Territories of Malpaghi. My City Journal will be focused around the region known as Delacroix. Delacroix is home to Delacroix City, the provincial capital of Palminia.
