here are some plans for parkland... they are each labeled... if you click on an image, it will give you a larger view... these are very large images... you have been warned... here is a large overview of all the infrastructure being put in place here is the lrt lines in yellow, and the purple line for commuter rail the red lines represent the freight rail lines this is the main highways (green) and aretires (black) map

Parkland skyline is dominated by residential towers, and that includes its tallest.... Dont worry, it is still realistic... check out austin to see where i got inspiration for my skyline... This is the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residence Tower in Parkland Stats : Height : 801 ft Floors : 50 Hotel Floors : 18 Amenities Floors : 2 Residential Floors : 30

I needed to add on a ton of room for parkland without haveing to restart the region from scratch or other ways i rendered 3 other seperate regions for the space i needed. the only thing i have to do now is photoshop the 4 regions together at the end before i post the full region. this will take some work and new challenges for me matching up the regions.... lots of counting.... but i think it will work out great click on image for larger view.. it is very very large, 33M, be warned!

Hi! Big News! I have decided to take a different approach to the CJ! No... I am not abandoning realism! I am fast forwarding 20 years into the future. After a little development and growth, so we can see some real growth, i will have the next update probably tonight, hopefully....

Transfer of Power I have some news. Not bad news, but probably new to ST. I am not going to be able to continue with this CJ myself for a while. I am going to be preoccupied with real life for a while, not sure how long. I am transferring this CJ over to my partner, who has been around ST for a long time now. newyorkrunaway1 He has been around here for a while now doing various things. All right, sorry for the long delay since my last update. I have been busting my butt on my down time (when im not running my dog rescue) to put this region together. By far, this is the farthest I've ever gotten with Parkland, in its many reboots through the years, and this one will stick. These are the maps I've put together so far.
