its actually smaller than i planned... i was modelling heavily off of Vanderbilt University in Nashville TN, where i currently am, and it is larger than this version i have made. maybe it will grow haha

just a quick fact i just did the math on... inside the downtown loop, the population is 10,657 located in various high rises and low rises
