Sorry for the delays I was working on different districts most which look nowhere close to being done. Here's a picture with Burj Khalifa as the centerpiece of the island Heres a picture of the freeway which connects that runs throughout the island. I'd add more pictures but I have to get back to work

After years of growth skyscrapers grow from the ground up creating a concrete jungle. Here's a small recreation of time square. (I illegally.. I mean legally had the some buildings from time square removed from their foundations and moved here) Ignore the thing in the corner its nothing really. A nice ariel view Hope you like it. The central district is buzzing with activity. Construction has begun on a large scale. Note: Don't mind the buildings that are finished right smack dab in the middle of the construction site those buildings were built before anything else were... Note: Gaze as JMC ordered a full scale replica of Burj Khalifa being built as the centerpiece of the city(JMC wanted to had the original building moved there but he's scientist told him it was impossible so he had them all killed and built a replica instead.)...

The highway on this SIDE of the island has been completed after 16hour shifts( and a large pile of bod.. )I hope the quality of the pictures are better. The cost of building the highway reached 10million Heres a close up Heres an ariel view Heres a nightview it. (Might be a little hard to see)

Corporate overlord JMC(name withheld for scary security reasons) is a trillionaire(yes it exist atleast in my world)from countless bailouts and central banks he owns in countless sim nations. He owns 80% of the world and is the current ceo and founder of U.C.N.A or the United Corporations of North America (formerly U.S.A, Mexico, and Canada) He decided to build Technopolist the financial capital of the world and Mars(The last financial capitol of the world mysteriously had 10 different nuclear melt downs...
