MCjohnstown: Those are included with the game, they're at the plazas section. To make them as in the park, just put a road where you want to place the walkways, fill the spaces in with trees, remove the roads and put the plaza textures in the gaps.

There have been lots of obstacles along the way, many good moments and bad ones. I have learnt to know my cities better. I have learnt a lot, not only from myself... But also from you guys.
4,557 views in the new CJ section, 2,099 in the old one. I would never have gotten this far with all your comments. It's incredible how 61 replies can help a CJ get here. I've won a Trixie, I've joined an alliance... But it's gotten too much for me, too boring. I made lots of mistakes which drove this city journal the wrong way.
I've been discovering a lot on something else. Maybe too much. I've discovered new things. Better things... In shorter words, it's time to end the CJ. Time to move on to something else... Time to move on to the City of Kell.
