Flood, Part 2

Since the passing of Hurricane Leon

people lives had changed immidiately when

the Hurricane caused flooding all over

With the coming of the second storm, Hurricane Elana,

many civilians anxiety are rising.

FIRSTLY: Maine City -- The Capital of Llithustania

In Llithustania's Capital, turmoil erupts and civilians find the president of Llithustania arriving at Congress.

Violence begin to erupt as many begin to attack the President with debris and trash.

Civilians are severly frustrated as the government has not taken immidate action.

Billions and Billions of Euro worth of damage in the city, from broken glass to ruptures in the interior and exterior of

buildings. As shown, the main Highway is covered deep in water. Many were suprised at the devastation, power

and depth of the storm and flood.

At the Heart of the City, the streets are covered endlessly in water and the city is left at a stand-still.

Power is cut off due to water and wind damages to the power plants and powerlines.

How long can people go on living in the dark?

Secondly: Welshington City -- Major City.

Flooding here is due to a rise in river and costal levels. Damage and devastation here is high.

Workers in industries are trapped and have no way of getting home or even anywhere.

Suburbs and businesses are underwater, Some lately have been traveling by boat since the Hurricane.

People in apartment buildings are lucky.

Anxiety rises as help continues to be stalled by Authorities.

Anedau is also severely flooded, but since there are mostly highrises in the area, residents have a lucky escape.

Power is also cut off here with only few buildings with availiable back up generators unaffected.

The Blue District area is mostly low, some owners are very unfortunate.

Power is back to some buildings as the power plants are only allowed to supply a certain amount and area.

Restrictions are then set for how much water and power is consumed and a time is set for when

lights are to be shut off.

Thirdly: Avondale -- Minor Township.

The town of Avondale. Submerged.

The news tells all!

Quiet sunrise as there is no activity in the quaint town.

The following day, the flood continues and people are still not recieving enough aid.

Millions are still out of reach and the death toll is still moving up.

This will still go on...

Aid from nations are still small in the disaster of the century

Stay tuned for more updates and breaking news updates

on the developing storm and flood.

Now this is a great entry and looked extremely realistic. I gave it a 5/5. There's just one unrealistic part. You said that Hurricane Elana was nearing the nation after Hurricane Leon. This wouldn't happen in real life because hurricanes are named alphabetically, so after Leon, a storm whose name starts with the letter "M" would be following this storm. But such a small amount of people know this, so just FYI.
